QUEENSMILL ROAD
QUEENSMILL ROAD
This London home was redeveloped with the family still in residence and completed in several phases. This included extending the roof, devising office space, additional bedrooms and ensuite bathrooms for the teenage children. Completely redesigning and redecorating the first and second floors to suit the whole family, Emma also created a brand-new master suite – bedroom, bathroom and dressing room – configured from an overly large teenager’s bedroom. The rooms intentionally feel more spacious by keeping storage low. From the stunning bespoke walnut joinery and flooring in the master bathroom, to fitted wardrobes, shoe cupboards and clever upholstered banquette chest of drawers, the client’s brief for ‘a touch of glamour’ is successfully apparent throughout.
Client Comments
“If you are having building or redecoration work done, then you need Emma. She is the most efficient person on earth with an amazing eye for detail. Nothing is allowed to escape her eagle eye for even the smallest example of shoddy work. She was a joy to work with, creative and but also open to different ideas. We shall miss her.”
